With over 20 years in clinical practice and 15 years working in tertiary education Core Health Shift brings together conventional medicine, psychotherapy and counselling, nutrition and lifestyle coaching and yoga and meditation to create affordable, practical, holistic and sustainable personal and organisational change.
Our goal is to work on core issues and behaviours to bring about long term meaningful positive change and a core shift to health and wellbeing.
