As a practitioner, Nikki uses a person-centred integrative approach and tailors plans to each client’s or organisation’s needs, wants and resources. She uses practical strategies with a focus on nutrition, lifestyle and core values to bring about long-term sustainable change. Addressing underlying issues and finding a balance and midpoint for each client, Nikki helps create a core health shift.
- University Lecturer
- Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach
- Yoga Teacher (adult, children, youth)
Originally completing a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Masters in Business Administration, Nikki has worked as a pharmacist since 1999 and as a university lecturer since 2007.
Drawing from these experiences and models, 10 years ago Nikki decided to diversify her scope of practice to offer an expansive, holistic and integrative approach studying counselling, holistic lifestyle coaching along with kids and adult yoga/meditation.
Nikki and her husband have 3 children and have lived and worked across Australia in rural and remote locations where they experienced cultural and social diversity and the challenges of living in extremely remote locations with limited resources and access to facilities. She brings these experiences into her practice through her resourcefulness and adaptability, her simplicity and pragmatism, all the while holding space with a sense of compassion and empathy.
