Chocolate Bliss Balls

What you need
• 1.5 cups of seeds or nuts (almonds, pepitas, sunflower)
• ¼ cup of chia seeds or hemp seeds
• 2 cups of desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling
• ¼ cup cacao powder
• 8-10 medjool dates pitted (15-20 small pitted dates)

What you do
• In a dry Thermomix bowl or blender mill all the nuts and seeds including the chia to a
flour or as close to
• Add all other ingredients and blend on high until the mixture comes together as a crumbly yet moist dough consistency
• Roll mixture into balls the size of golfballs or as desired and roll in extra coconut to coat
